Submitting your design through this tool is completely free and you will see an amount of $0 in the design cart/checkout. An email address and billing address may be requested - this should be the information on the original order.

After the design is submitted, you will receive an email confirming the design was received. This design will now have an associated number (listed as an order #), which you may reference should you choose to REORDER in the next 90 days.
